I came across the photo slide above with the quote which I like and it shall be my focus for myself for 2009. To better understand myself by spending more time with myself (I don't do enough of this last year), listening to me so that I am better aware of myself. It must sound odd that I'm going on about how I do not know myself. But do you really really really know yourself? Are you doing what is best for you? Are you being true to you? Lots of questions and lots of conversation with myself needed *winks*
